Cooking Instruction

Shallow Fry:
Remove KLFC Marinated Lamb Chop from pack and defrost at room temperature about 15 minutes before  cook.
In a lightly oiled preheated pan over a low heat, cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill:
Remove KLFC Marinated Lamb Chop from pack and defrost at room temperature about 15 minutes before cook.
Under a moderately hot preheated grill, cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
