Tempura Chicken Strips are made from chicken, water, soy protein, seasoning and tempura batter. The strips has a mild chicken flavour with black pepper and celery flavour. The chicken meat is ground, mix well with seasoning and formed in desired shape. It is then coated with tempura process and par fried prior to freezing process.

Deep Fry - From Frozen
Cook immediately from frozen state until golden brown.
1 Heat Oil to 170°C - 180°C.
2 Deep fry for 4 - 5 minutes.
3 Ready to serve.
Preparation and Usage
How to Make a Tortilla Wrap:
Tortilla x 1, chicken strips x 1, sliced onions, Japanese sesame dressing, mayonnaise, black pepper, shredded lettuce, tomato slices. Add ingredients according to taste.
1. Put your favourite ingredients on the tortilla wrap and leave a 2-inch space at the bottom. Put your favorite sauce and seasoning on it.
2. Fold the bottom & roll the tortilla wrap from both sides.
3. Your chicken tortilla is ready to serve.
